Very comfortable with the location and facilities of the hotel and staff. A great deal and value for money. Will definitely come again if in Chiang Mai.

Nothing important, just down to individual employee and their moods on that day. Good to have employeed to remember as much as they can on guests' faces.

Great location, lovely rooms, bad parking!

The location was excellent. Everything was in walking a distance from the hotel and we were spoiled for choice, but we were not disturbed by the noise if the street in the room at all! The bed was very comfortable and we never failed to get a good nights rest.

The car park is extremely poorly designed and monitored, which resulted in our hire care being blocked in by two other selfish guests who decided to park in the exit. The hotel does not bother to take registrations of guests cars during check-in, which meant they could not find the two guests to ask them to move, resulting in us having to get a taxi to the airport to catch our flight, leaving the hire car at the hotel, and getting a hefty fine from the hire company. A little more control of the parking area could have avoided this.

Wonderful

Perfect location for night life and bazaars for local goods shopping. Plenty options of restaurants.

Breakfast buffet always offered the same food. It'd be great to vary the menu from day to day.

Night Bazaar Inn is placed in a very nice Thai style wooden...

Night Bazaar Inn is placed in a very nice Thai style wooden structure. It is located a few steps from Chiang Mai's Night Bazaar where you can eat and do shopping. The reception is open 24 hours a day and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and varied with western and thai foods. The room was sufficiently spacious and equipped with a minibar, safe and air conditioning. The bathroom was clean. Included in the price, customers can use the gym and swimming pool. The hotel also includes a rooftop bar from which to enjoy the landscape of Chiang Mai while sipping a cocktail. The room price is good.

Breakfast was varied but with few western foods.

Location is great!

Location is great! Right next night bazaar, restaurants by the river! The best for your money. Rooms are very spacious. Staffs are very helpful. We had to leave early, and they provided the breakfast 30min earlier than their usual time. Thanks!

Bathroom is clean but there is no shower curtain. Towels are old and frayed. Really close to Night Bazaar so expect the noise but the hotel provides ear plugs.

Good location but too noisy to sleep.

Family room with 2 toilets that were good for 3 to 4 persons.

The nearby night market was noisy with singing up to past midnight. The window should be made sound proof to enable sleeping, in addition to simply providing ear plugs.

1. I picked the king suite and happend all of these kind of rooms at front side of hotel in all floors. If you choose this room I guarantee you you will suffer because every night you will hear the neighbors dogs barking starting around 2 am until around 6 am. I complained to reception and they told me they can not do anything because neighbors not responding to them, they gave me rubber air plugs instead! So imagine 5 nights no sleeping! 2. Breakfast very poor, mainly thai food. everyday I request to make us well done fried eggs and well cooked boiled eggs and they failed to do so!

Don't be fooled by the high rating reviews.

Don't be fooled by the high rating reviews. This hotel is located in a very good location, however, it gets really loud at night. The accommodations are super basic. The bathroom was... interesting. Kinda hard to say whether it was clean or not. We ran out of hot water every time we showered. Breakfast was also very basic, mostly asian foods. They could add more variety with Western foods. We found a lizard and some mosquitos in the room, and decided to leave after our first night despite having already paid for other nights. They did not give our money back, but we just moved on to another place so that we could relax and enjoy our trip.

I have been here many times and reviewed thoroughly- beautiful hotel, all wodden decorations. Airport pick up. Can hold you luggage if you go on a few days' trip and return there. Staff helpful when you ask.

Poor soundproofing. Breakfast quality and restaurant attentivity gowing down from past.

THe hotel is in beautiful northern lana / thai style, with lots of wooden parts that are simply gorgeous. Pick up from airport! Lots of water in the room- they give you 4 bottles, not the usual 2!

Service at breakfast time is not as good as was, not as attentive. Breakfast food choices seem to turn away from thai and more to chinese palates... Still some guests (which are now the main group of guests of this hotel... ) are loud and don't know what the meaning of quiet is, screaming/ having drama in the corridor.. because the doors of the rooms are very thin, you hear everything... but these people don't care and seem used to live out drama in front of others.

Perfect location, lovely staff

This hotel was just great. The location, in between 2 really good night markets was just superb. We spent 4 nights in the hotel. It was an easy 20 mins walk to the perimeter of the Old Town and 50 bahts back to the hotel in a tuk tuk. The staff were delightful and extremely helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The transfer from the airport and to the local bus station was really useful. The breakfast was delicious.

Really clean and very attentive helpful staff (especially Jujubee!) Also provide a free airport transfer.

Our balcony was a bit of a disappointment as it was closed off, a little like a shed but still better than not having any outside space at all. Some balconies on the other side of the hotel were more open, it would have been nice to have one of these rooms ideally.
